Parkinson, Senior Reserve Attendant, Royal Naval Auxiliary Sick Berth Reserve. With Fibre ID Tags and copy service history. Born in Boothstown, Lancashire in October 1888, he worked as a Collier before joining the Royal Naval Auxiliary Sick Berth Reserve in March 1914, he served in Plymouth, Chatham, Harwich (as part of the Submarine Flotilla Depot), aboard the Thurso and also at Queensferry in Ireland.
