      Description: Attack on the Redan casualty Crimea Medal 1854-56, 1 Clasp: Sebastopol, officially impressed naming awarded to Private G. Key, 2nd Battalion, Rifle Brigade, who present at the Siege of Sebastopol which lasted from 11th September 1854 through to 9th September 1855 was severely wounded in the attack on the Redan on 8th September 1855. Crimea Medal 1854-56, 1 Clasp: Sebastopol, officially impressed naming; (G. KEY. 2ND BATTN. RIFLE BDE.) George Key saw service as a Private (No. 4628) with the 2nd Battalion, Rifle Brigade during the Crimean War and was present at the siege of Sebastopol which lasted from 11th September 1854 through to 9th September 1855. Key was severely wounded during the attack on the Redan on 8th September 1855. significant edge-bruise at 5 oclock, Very Fine
