      British War Medal (S-3414 PTE. T.R. MARSHALL. RIF. BRIG.) Thomas Richard Marshall arrived in France on 21st July 1915 and was killed in action on 25th September 1915 whilst serving with 12th Battalion, Rifle Brigade and having no known grave is remembered on the Ploegsteert Memorial. He lived in Eton, Buckinghamshire and is noted as the son of Ellen Marshall of 39 Eton Square, Eton, and the late John Marshall. Nearly Extremely Fine
