Trevor Leslie Nicholls was born in Smethwick, Staffordshire and enlisted into the Coldstream Guards during 1954. He then went on to join the 22nd Special Air Service Regiment as a Trooper serving in Malaya during the Malayan Emergency. Discharged as a Lance Sergeant in 1969 and died in 1976.
