      Great War casualty Mons Trio awarded to Private W.S. Robertson, 1st Battalion, later 2nd Battalion, Hampshire Regiment who having served on the Western Front from 27th August 1914, died of wounds on 13th October 1918 and is now buried in Etaples Military Cemetery. 1914 Star (6909 PTE. W.S. ROBERTSON. 1/HAMPS.R.) British War Medal and Victory Medal (6909 PTE W.S. ROBERTSON. HAMPS. R.) Walter Scott Robertson was born in Dublin and enlisted in Southampton. He first landed in France on 27th August 1914 serving with 1st Battalion, Hampshire Regiment. He would transfer to the 2nd Battalion and died of wounds in France on 13th October 1918 aged 32. He is buried in Etaples Military Cemetery. Extremely Fine
