      Great War casualty pair awarded to Gunner C. Agg, Y Battery, 19th Trench Mortar Battery, Royal Field Artillery who died of wounds on 22nd March 1918 and having no known grave is remembered on the Arras Memorial. British War Medal and Victory Medal (2825 GNR. C. AGG. R.A.) Charles Howard Agg was born in Monmouth and enlisted in Bulford. He was a member of the Territorial Force and after arriving in France was renumbered 881451. He died of wounds on 22nd March 1918 serving with Y Battery, 19th Trench Mortar Battery, Royal Field Artillery. His death occurred on the second day of the Spring Offensive and it is likely he was wounded on the first day. Having no known grave he is remembered on the Arras Memorial. (2) Nearly Extremely Fine
