      Great War casualty pair awarded to Private D.T. Parry, 28th Battalion, Canadian Infantry who was killed in action on 1st June 1917 and is bow buried in Bruay Communal Cemetery Extension. British War Medal and Victory Medal (782343 PTE. D.T. PARRY. 28-CAN.INF.) David Thomas Parry was killed in action in France and Flanders on 1st June 1917 serving with the 28th battalion of the C.E.F. He was 25 years of age at the time of his death & is buried in Bruay communal cemetery extension. The CWGC state thar he was the late son of John & Agnes Parry of Pitlochry, Perthshire.
