      Great War Mons Trio awarded to Private C. Howarth, 2nd Battalion, Middlesex Regiment who saw service on the Western Front from 7th November 1914, and who later served with the Royal West Surrey Regiment and Labour Corps.1914 Star (S-6269 PTE. C.W. HOWARTH. 2/MIDDX R.) British War Medal and Victory Medal (S-6269 PTE C.W. HOWARTH. MIDDX R.) Cyril Wilfred.Howarth first landed overseas on 7th November 1914 serving with the 2nd Battalion, Middlesex Regiment. He later transferred to the Royal West Surrey Regiment with service number G-35976 and finished his war serving with the Labour corps with service number 67412. The August to November clasp is a period tailors copy of the slide on type but the recipients entitlement his confirmed on his MIC. Traces of old glue to the reverse o the medal, overall Good Very Fine
