      Great War Officers pair awarded to Second Lieutenant H.L. Buttle, Royal Army Service Corps who saw service on the Western Front from 9th August 1918 and by 1921 was serving with the Army of the Rhine.

      Pair: British War Medal and Victory Medal (2. LIEUT. H.L. BUTTLE.)

      Condition: Good Very Fine

      Harold Leonard Buttle saw service as a Second Lieutenant with the Royal Army Service Corps on the Western Front from 9th August 1918. His medals would be sent to his home in South Norwood, London. He is noted as serving with the 585th Motor Transport Company, Army Service Corps. At the time of the 1921 service he was serving with the Army of the Rhine in Germany.
