Stanley King was born in Cornard, Suffolk and enlisted in St. Pauls Churchyard, Middlesex. Serving on the Western Front from 4th October 1915 he was killed in action on 28th April 1917 whilst serving with 9th Battalion, Norfolk Regiment and was buried in St. Patricks Cemetery, Loos.
