      Sudan pair to Private J. Beale, 1st Battalion, Royal Warwickshire Regiment who was present at the Battle of the Atbara and during the entry into Khartoum. Queens Sudan Medal 1896-1898 (4400 PTE. J. BEALE. 1./R.WAR.R) Khedives Sudan Medal 1896-98 2 Clasps: The Atbara, Khartoum (4400.PRIVATE J. BEALE. 1ST ROYAL WARWICKSHIRE REGT.) John Beale was a labourer by trade, signed up in November 1894 for 7 years with the colours, he was present with his regiment at the Battle of the Atbara and the capture of Khartoum. He would alter be recalled for service in 1914, aged 40 and saw service between 26th March 1915 and 26th March 1919 (2) Good Very Fine
