      Victory Medal (3516 PTE. S. MCCULLOUGH. R.A.M.C.) Samuel McCullough saw service initially with the 1st General Hospital, Royal Army Medical Corps on the Western Front from 20th August 1914, and would later serve with the Machine Gun Corps, Royal Fusiliers and Royal Irish Fusiliers. He would be entitled to a 1914 Star trio as well as a General Service Medal with clasps Iraq and N.W. Persia. Good Very Fine
